| Sharon Brooks | |
| Sharon Brooks is currently Associate Director at NYU Law School – Office of Career Services. Previously, she was firm-wide Director of Associate Development at Dechert LLP, and worked as an antitrust associate attorney at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz, then as a Litigation Associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, where she served as the Summer Program Co-Coordinator and a member of the Diversity Steering Committee for the New York office. Ms. Brooks writes a column on associate development issues for the National Law Journal and has been involved in law firm training, diversity and recruiting throughout her career. After graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa with a double major in History and Politics from New York University, she attended Yale Law School. Sharon served as Articles Editor for the Yale Journal of Law & the Humanities, Board Member of the Morris Tyler Moot Court of Appeals, Alumni Committee Co-Chair of the Black Law Students' Association, and Board Member of the Yale Law Women. Sharon has been a director of The Themantics Group since 2005. | |

| Jason Dougal is Vice President of Business and Legal Affairs at America’s Choice, Inc. Previously, he was an associate attorney at the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and a member of that firm's Diversity Committee. He was also an associate with Chadbourne & Parke LLP. Jason received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1999, and earned a Bachelor of Arts, with Distinction in both Economics and Political Science from Swarthmore College in 1996. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Jason has been a director of The Themantics Group since 2003. | |
| John Merimee | |
| John Merimee is an associate in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher LLP. He currently practices in the firm's Corporate Transactions Practice Group. He is also a member of the firm's Community Affairs Committee. Mr. Merimee received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2000, where he graduated cum laude. He received his Juris Doctorate from Hastings in 2003, where he graduated cum laude and became a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Merimee also serves as chair of the Event Committee of the New Leadership Council of Make-A-Wish Foundation of Metro New York. Jack has been a director on the board of The Themantics Group since 2005. |

| James Wiseman is the Associate Counsel at Strategic Value Partners, LLC. Prior to joining SVP, Mr. Wiseman was an associate attorney at Debevoise & Plimpton LLP, and before that at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. James is a graduate of Cornell University (B.A. 1996, Economics and Psychology; J.D., magna cum laude, 1999; Order of the Coif; John M. Olin Scholar in Law & Economics). He is a member of the bar in New York, Massachusetts and the District of Columbia. James is a founding director of The Themantics Group, and is originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma. | |
